Service design and customer research are the areas of focus my career has spanned to date. In my portfolio examples, you’ll see how I approach different problems from a holistic angle – taking into account not just the end customer to be learned from, but also the teams asking the questions and how to best bring these two together.
From building support systems at Lyft to conducting freelance experience research to driving strategic initiatives at Twitter and Headway, the roles I’ve held and the projects I’ve worked on have spanned multiple industries and focus areas – I’m most proud of having contributed to products, processes, support experiences that millions of people around the world have used.
